As we get closer to the top, it's getting harder and harder to find the right words to express my appreciation for the music here. Let's just say that any of the four records on the top of this list is equally deserving the title of "Album of the Decade" and the order in which we're presenting them is almost random. TV On The Radio have given us three magnificent albums in the '00s and I'm convinced they have what it takes to continue just as strong in the new decade. "Return To Cookie Mountain" was their sophomore effort which took the experimental mix of different styles and influences of their astounding debut "Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes" to its logical conclusion. The single "Wolf Like Me", the absolute highlight of this record, will always be remembered as one of the classics of this decade.
