A bright diamond as a Christmas gift from Cool Music Central: Exclusive photos from the recent My Brightest Diamond show in Athens and a video of "Feeling Good" from that night, a song made famous by Nina Simone. My Brightest Diamond's cover appears on "Dark Was The Night", one of the best compilations of the year. Other tracks performed by Shara Worden and her band at their first ever Athens gig were "Golden Star", "Ice And The Storm", "Disappear", "Freak Out", "To Pluto's Moon", "Gone Away", "Dragon Fly", "Apples", "From The Top Of The World", "Inside A Boy", a fun cover of Soft Cell's "Tainted Love" and for the finale of the memorable performance "The Gentlest Gentlemen", with the accompaniment of a ukulele and the crowd's backing vocals, and an a capella rendition of "Be My Husband", another Nina Simone classic.
