It seems that every month we are having at least one impressive comeback from a '90s act. After Sleater-Kinney's return in January with the excellent "No Cities To Love", February marks the reunion of Julianna Hatfield with bassist Dean Fisher and drummer Todd Philips to release their sophomore album as The Juliana Hatfield Three, 22 years since their 1993 classic "Become What You Are".
